As communities mark Domestic Violence Awareness Month this October, Innovation for Justice (i4J) at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law is highlighting a critical, often overlooked barrier facing domestic violence (DV) survivors: widespread unmet legal needs that exacerbate safety risks and systemic harm.  i4J has launched a comprehensive suite of action-centered research, public-facing policy tools, and state-level partnerships designed to transform how survivors access legal help, navigate complex court systems, and secure long-term safety and stability.
